Hiroshima based artist Suiko is a major player in the Japanese street art scene and he has become one of Japan’s leading graffiti writers.

His artwork is noticeable in the world for its focus on lettering, which fuses influences from traditional calligraphy with dynamic colours, irregular shapes and cutting lines that reflect his artwork’s overarching status as contemporary art.

In last 20 years, he has collaborated with big brands, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Walt Disney, Universal studio, HKexpress, Ecko Unltd, New Era, Tudor, as well as Japanese administrative works such as Okayama Astronomical museum, Hiroshima City University, Toride train station in Ibaragi.

Suiko provided the illustration for the poster of Hola Utopia! 2023 and will take part in workshops before producing a mural in Hannover.
